Client Purchase Decision
There are many reasons that a consumer chooses a particular product. It can be that it is eco-friendly, a great design or it would be as simple while the price of the item. As a organization organization we have to be able to execute our study and decipher what is most critical to our target audience. The consumer obtaining decision method is a methodical way of looking at how a customer makes the decision to purchase a product or service (any product) in a merchandise category. Inside our restaurant we will determine what products they really want and develop a successful strategy on how to industry our product or service.
As a buyer in our cafe we will have many choices available to them at a low cost. There are five steps in the buyer purchase decision that I will explain. The first step is need recognition which simply means that people identify the actual potential customers want in our marketplace. What kind of foods do they just like and what kind of encounter do they really want when they visit a restaurant? Second step is looking for the product that the customer wishes. We will have many paths, such as printing ads and our web page, in which to market our product and advise the public of your food and services. The 3rd step can be product evaluation where the consumer gathers information on our services and products. We may have the best menu and services in our industry to gain a larger market share in our area. Your fourth step is usually product choice and purchase therefore it is vital we successfully advertise and market our restaurant. We will have the best menu, greatest support and the many updated restaurant within a hundred mile radius. The 5th step is the post obtain and evaluation step in which the consumer can decide if our food and
